1. ALL SALES FINAL – DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY

All products sold by Cedar Sound Studios are digital products, including but not limited to vocal presets and sample packs.

Because digital products are:

  • Delivered electronically, and
  • Made available for immediate access and download upon purchase,

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

2. INSTANT FULFILLMENT & WAIVER OF REFUND RIGHTS

By purchasing from Cedar Sound Studios, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment
  • Once access or download is provided, the product cannot be returned
  • You waive any right to a refund due to:
    • Change of mind
    • Accidental purchase
    • Incompatibility
    • Lack of use
    • Dissatisfaction with sound, style, or creative outcome

This waiver is a condition of purchase.

3. TECHNICAL ISSUES & SUPPORT (NOT A REFUND)

If you experience:

  • Download errors
  • File access issues
  • Corrupted files

You must contact us at info@cedarsoundstudios.com so we can provide reasonable technical assistance.

Technical support does not entitle you to a refund.

4. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a digital product that has already been delivered may be considered refund abuse.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute chargebacks using transaction records, download logs, IP data, and policy acceptance
  • Restrict future purchases from customers who initiate chargebacks

5. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws. Any legally required refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
