All products sold by Cedar Sound Studios are digital products, including vocal presets and sample packs, delivered electronically.

License Grant

Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the digital products:

  • In commercial and non-commercial music projects
  • In both licensed and unlicensed musical works

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the digital products “as-is”
  • Offer the products as standalone files or competing products
  • Claim ownership of the original digital files
  • Allow third parties to extract or reuse the files independently

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Skyfield Digital LLC.

SECTION 6 – NO REFUNDS / INSTANT FULFILLMENT

All sales are final.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive any right to a refund, except where required by law.
